Starting Things Off...

Welcome to my new blog! This is actually quite exciting. On this blog, I'll be posting updates on my life, my thoughts, and so on. I'm going to try to bring myself to make an entry at least 2 or 3 times a week, maybe more. We'll see. So, I guess I'll start this off by giving you an update on my life as of this moment.
I am sixteen years old, but am yet to get my license. After attending a Christian private school all my life, I'm homeschooling for the first time this year. So far, I've liked homeschooling. But, I really do miss my old friends and my old routine. I'm undecided as far as what next year will bring.
I love theater, and do it every chance I get. This summer, I was in "Follie Holidays" at the Rep, and this fall, I was in "Best Christmas Pageant Ever" as Grace, in a production with a group called Cast N' Crew. I'm currently in the audition process of the musical with Cast N' Crew. The director hasn't decided on the show yet.
I play volleyball, usually both during the school year, and then in an offseason league. The offseason leage is just getting started, and I think it should be fun. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the homeschool volleyball during the fall. Let me just tell you, most homeschoolers are nice people, period.
Lets see... also, I'm obsessed with music. I love everything about it. So, it wouldn't come as a surprise that I prefer musical theater over straight plays. I also love fashion, and anything vintage or old fashioned. In fact, we're working on redoing my room right now, and the theme will be kind of old, classy, vintage. I can't wait. Seriously, no joke. Um.... I want to travel all over the place. I've never been out of the country though, sadly.
And now for my family. Well, my mom (Christi) is great. She is really sweet, and means so much to me. You should check out her blog at christiswritingthewaves.blogspot.com! It's pretty awesome. My dad (Corey) is also amazing. He's a photographer/broker, and he's great at them both. In fact, he's kind of gotten me into photography. Take a look at my photography blog! g2photographs.blogspot.com. I have a 12 year old brother (Christian) and a 3 year old brother (Carson). They are both fun, crazy people that I love a lot...basicly. Christian, who I've called Crib ever since I can remember, is really into basketball and football, and is a pretty talented artist. Carson, well... he's just great to be around. Usually. He's three, what do you expect?
I guess that's my life right about now. Whew.
This is my family... (:
