Greetings...from the school of home. Home of school. My home. Where I do school. Yes. I'm currently in my room, trying to let my brain make sense of all the biology I've been shoving into it. Not fun, I tell you.
What have I been up to? Well...yesterday. Yesterday I did school all morning. Out by the pool. It was heavenly. Heavenly. There's nothing I love the way that I love summer. After that, I headed to the athletic club. Carson had a swim lesson, so I watched that first. He's getting to be quite the swimmer. Not kidding...He can swim a good...20 feet. No floaties. Yeah,he's big time. After the swim lesson, I headed inside for some brisk walking and some biking. Eli picked me up when I was done, and we headed home to watch the boys while Mom and Dad were at community group. It was a lovely time, I say. We danced, had a pillow fight, ate, and the boys swam.
That was my day yesterday. Wow. It's not as crazy as most of my days are. Especially for a Wednesday, which yesterday was. No co-op. No dance. No Orbit. It's taking some adjusting to.
I decided that I want to visit Michigan.

Just Another Day.
Hey there!
So, I'm in this wierd almost summer, but not quite, stage of life. Co-op is over, Academy is over. So, I'm not going to any more actual classes. I'm just doing some math and biology at home. Other than that, I'm basicly free for summer. Its a bittersweet feeling. Being a homeschooler...it makes me question my identity.
Today was a fabulous day. I woke up and got ready for church. Have I mentioned that I love St. Andrews? Yeah. So, that was good. Great. You know. It was "senior day", or something official like that. All the high school graduates went up to the front and got a gift, and everyone prayed for them. It was insane to see my friends walk up there. It's not only odd that they are my friends, but its odd that that will be me in 2 years, exactly.
After church, my family and I (minus Crib; he's at Nana and Papaw's house for a few days) went to Firehouse Subs for lunch. Good stuff, I tell you. I love subs. Medium, wheat bread. Turkey and cheddar cheese. Lettuce, tomato, italian dressing. Toasted. Just saying. Get anything else, and you haven't truly lived.
So, next was small group. We met at Panera and just hung out, talked, and filled eachother in on life. I still can't believe Corrie is leaving. She's working on selling her house and everything...it's just really bizarre to me. I'll miss her, and our small group.
Yes. So, after small group, I went straight to geometry tutoring. I dislike geometry, strongly. It's not my strong point. No, not at all. But, I LOVE my tutor. She's super sweet. And she has a very granny house, which is so me. It makes me joyful. Go on, snicker away.
Ha. Ha. Anyways. After tutoring...I headed back to the church for "WOW". AKA, Wide Open Worship. Its basicly when anyone who wants to comes, eats pizza and ice cream, and then goes to worship for the kids. Its great. I had a ton of fun. Gracie and I are kind of...well, we're crazy when we are together. So, just imagine us with a bunch of little kids. And fun songs that only we know the hand motions to. Pshaaa. Yeah. We demonstrated like no other. It was a room full of youth group kids (my friends. awesomeness.) and little kids. And parents. We had a lovely time.
AND THEN, last but not least, my daddy and I headed to the grocery store, and loaded up. Lots o' food. Good food. Again with my babbling. It's a disease.
There's my day for you. I'm sure you were dying to hear all about it.
Phillippians 4:4-7. Look it up.

Goooooood morning.
It's...7:31. Yup. Aaaaaand, I'm up. I don't know whyyyyy I'm dragging out alllllll the words I type. Probably because it's 7:31 in the morning. But then again, I'm always up this early. Always. Like, every day. Am I babbling? I do believe I am, yes I am. Whew. (Petunia. That's for YOU.)
I'm at Gracie's house at this current moment. This morning, Mom left for a convention and the guys left to go camping. So...I'm an orphan. Yeah. No family until tomorrow night. I spent last night at Gracie's house. Twas lovely, like always. We (me, Eli, Tim, and Gracie) watched Signs. Good movie. Not kidding. Stop reading this and go watch it. Then Tim left...and we finished the movie without him...and then we went to sleep....
Or so I thought.
Apparently I was talking like a crazy person in my sleep. Well, I talk like a crazy person when I'm awake, so I couldn't have been anywhere in the range of sane last night. Bunny rabbits, blue turnips, a bear named Normal, getting a wedding dress at Target, and random spurts of laughter were involved. Apparently.
Yeah. So, today I'm spending all day with that there Gracie and her mama. It shall be lovely. Quite fabulous actually. We enjoy ourselves when we are together. A funny sound just happened, and I'm still curious as to what it was. It was...Gracie says it was her dog. Some dog. Disturbed dog. Just kidding, I've taken a liking to la pera de Gracie. I said that because Gracie speaks in spanish. Liiiike, a lot. Mmmhmm, yup.
OK. Sorry. My brain is kind of like a bag of jellybeans right now. Its all over the place with a ton of different random thoughts...but all forced into one small area.

Looking Back
Yesterday....
Yesterday was the last day of co-op, first of all. Which really stinks. I LOVE co-op. I sound crazy to myself, since not long ago I dreaded it. But, this semester has been amazing. I've got some really awesome friends, and I hate that co-op is out. HATE.
After co-op, Gracie, Tim, Scott and I ("the foursome") headed to Gracie's house to hang out. We have good times, I tell you. About an hour or two later, Charles, Sammy, and Elizabeth showed up. GREAT TIMES. We just hung out, talked, listened to music...and ate, basically.
Elizabeth and I left Gracie's around 5:45 to go meet our FSM small group. Our leader Corrie (LOVE.) told us to make that meeting a priority, but she didn't tell us why, specifically. I had no clue what to expect. Before long, I knew. She and her family are moving to Denver, Colorado. Her husband is going to seminary. Our small group is over. I was in disbelief, literally. I still kind of am... Our group has been together since 7th grade, and had planned to make it through graduation. I see now that that isn't what God had planned. I really hate it, but I'm trying really hard to be open-minded about it all.
From the meeting, Elizabeth and I headed to Orbit. We were over an hour late, but we knew we had to go, since it is the last one and everything. To say it was nice would be the biggest understatement of the year. The last Orbit was awesome. It was spent just worshipping in however we felt called. It was a really great thing for me, especially after the day I had. It's a good feeling when you are sitting alone, praying, and person after person comes up to you to pray over you. My church...my GOD is so amazing. As are all of my friends. Wow.
So, yeah. Yesterday was a really...big day I guess. Lots of endings, and lots of new beginnings.
Now if I could just get biology done...

Random Update. Yup.
Hello there...
I'm trying to get back into the routine of blogging. I'm quite determined. Yes, yes indeed. At this very moment, I am feeling really silly and floppy. Mainly because I've done pretty much nothing but study all stinkin' day. For biology. Which is a subject that I do not particularly enjoy. Yeah. I'm home alone, in the quietness of...solitude, i suppose. And biology facts are swarming about my head.
Tomorrow is the last day of co-op before summer vacation. Normally, you would expect me to be jumping for joy about that. But really, I'm pretty bummed. Two times a week is not enough to get burned out on something like co-op. I love co-op because that's where my friends are. Sure, I'll see them in the summer, but...I don't know. Anyways. Yes. Last day tomorrow. And last Orbit tomorrow. Which I have to be late to because I have a smallgroup meeting. FRUSTRATION.
Well...I don't have much to say. OH! Tonight, my family is going to see a play at a dinner theatre! So excited. Anything involving theatre...I'm in. I don't even remember what the play is called...something about Christmas. Which is rather silly, considering it's May 11th. Anyways, I'm excited.
Well...I'm going to continue on with my studying. Wish me luck!
Farewell, blog world.

Coming Out of Hiding...
So...I'm just gonna go ahead and straight up apologize. Lately, I've been a failure of a blogger. An epic failure. What can I say? Life got crazy. Crazy, I tell you. BUT, I know this is something I want to keep doing in the midst of my crazy life, so I am without excuse. Haha.
Well, life is good. Haha. Volleyball is over, and so is Hello Dolly! They were both fun in their own...special way. But I'm glad they are over. I. Need. Time....And I quit dance. Yeah. It was just too much. I've been doing lots of school, lots of church (LOVE.), and lots of hanging out with friends. My intense excitement about summer is getting out of hand. I have so much to look forward to, I tell you! Such as...
1. SMTI!!! SMTI (Summer Musical Theatre Intensive) is the awesome theatre program that I'll be a part of for the third year in a row this summer. It's a two week summer-stock-like experience. I love all the people, and the shows are always a total blast. I. Can't. WAIT.
2. CAMP. This summer, I'll be a counselor at a summer camp I attended for the past seven years. I'm insanely, ridiculously PUMPED about it!
3. JAMAICA. Yes! I'm going to Jamaica with the St. Andrew's youth group! This will be the highlight of my summer. I can't wait to see what God has planned for us there. I'll be with my awesome friends, in an amazing place, sharing the word of God...perfection.
4. FREEDOM. No more school! I'm sad co-op is ending, because I love seeing my friends there, but it will be so great not to have to worry about homework. So great.
So, yeah. Life is pretty stinkin great right now. I'm ready to move on to the next phase of my life. OH! And Crib and I have started guitar lessons. Well...we've had one lesson. But it was pretty great.
OK, well, I must leave you now. Sorry it took me so long to get back on here. I'll try to be better, pinkie promise. :)
